• When you take the scorecard. We receive your answers and any contact information you include.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank account details, or any patient information through the booking calendar, the scorecard, or regular email. If we need sensitive information, we will arrange a secure way to share it.

Information collected automatically

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run tracking tools on this site. Like any website, the services that deliver it process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to load pages and protect the site from abuse:

• Cloudflare hosts this site.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and schedule your consult.
• To prepare for our conversation and follow up with a proposal you asked for.
• To keep basic records of our communications.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
