Why the firm exists
I kept seeing the same thing in healthcare practices. The owner was great at the work, someone was doing the books, someone else did the taxes, and nobody was looking at the whole picture. The numbers were never quite right, and the owner never quite trusted them.
So I built a firm around fixing that. We get the foundation right first, then we keep the books, handle the taxes, and help owners make decisions with numbers they can rely on. Behavioral health and therapy practices are where I have done the most work, and still where I spend most of my time.
Ales & Co. is based in Jacksonville and works with practices and businesses across the country. If you knew us as TrueBalance Financial, we are the same firm with a new name.
